You hereby acknowledge and agree that your use of the tools, features, and functionalities provided through the Services is with your consent and at your sole discretion, subject to the following terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable terms or policies.

Content on the Services
You understand that using the Services may expose you to offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate content. All content shared is solely the responsibility of the person who shared it. While we prohibit certain behaviors and content, we may not be able to monitor or control all content shared through the Services and therefore are not responsible for such content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, including content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, contains explicit pornography, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Rights Granted to Content
We do not claim any rights to your content, except as provided herein.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use your content for any purpose in connection with the Services and our business, including hosting, reproducing, distributing, creating derivative works, displaying, and performing your content (subject to any privacy settings you have applied), including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services. This license is perpetual and authorizes us to make your content accessible to other users of the Services after you have shared it.
Our mission is to empower visual storytellers. To achieve this mission, we encourage creators to share and evolve each other's ideas effectively. We sometimes call this "remixing" others' work. This inspires the creation of new masterpieces, allowing you to create entirely new works without starting from scratch!
Our Application Content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to copy, display, and perform content owned by us, but solely for your personal non-commercial use and only to the extent permitted by the functionality of the Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to copy, display, perform, and create derivative works of our application content identified within the Services as available for commercial use ("Commercial Use Our Application Content"), and you may distribute derivative works containing Commercial Use Our Application Content, including for commercial purposes, but only to the extent permitted by the functionality of the Services.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our application parties (including its affiliates, licensors, sponsors, officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including without limitation any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from or generated through the Services. The limitations in this section apply to any liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not our application parties have been informed of the possibility of such damage, even if the remedy provided herein fails of its essential purpose.

We may modify these terms at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you as described in the "Notices" section above; your continued use of the Services thereafter constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
